I found this book to be a great resource for ScrumMasters and Agile Managers who are looking to improve the “TEAM” in their Scrum Team. Often times we only work at the surface – the behavioral problems. However, most of these issues are rooted deeper within the organization and team – getting at the root causes will not only help fix the problem, it will create a meta-solution to enable other fixes as well.
