Certified Agile Leadership 2 (CAL2) Program
Join us on a 9-month journey to discover your catalyst leadership and improve your self-awareness and intent in improving business outcomes.
An extension of the Certified Agile Leadership 1 (CAL 1) Workshop.
This CAL 2 Program is a 9-month education and practice-oriented leadership cohort program for people who have previously attended a Certified Agile Leadership 1 (CAL1) Workshop, have had an “AHA!” in their personal leadership awareness, and are ready to begin a deeper journey into improving their mindset and practice as a leader.
A virtual and professionally facilitated leadership cohort education and practice program over a 9-month period from April through December 2018. Multiple small cohorts (3-5 participants) are running through the 2018 calendar year.

Participants will undergo an individual 360-degree assessment, 1-1 coaching, and peer-based collaboration on their leadership mindset and awareness. This program leverages the Leadership Agility Maturity Framework introduced in the CAL 1 Workshop and helps leaders see their own leadership experience and mindset in practice.
While most leaders execute at one level below their current thinking, resulting in a mismatch between their leadership intent and engagement outcomes, leaders through this program will increase their personal awareness and effectiveness.
You should attend if you meet the following criteria:
Multiple intimate cohorts (3-5 people) will follow the same 2018 schedule.
The cost of this program is $3,250.00
The cost includes a $250 Leadership Agility 360 Online Assessment.
The cost reflects of the duration and small intimate cohort engagement design.
Payment is due by April 2, prior to the initial assessment and 1-1 coaching sessions.
Pete Behrens is a Leadership Agility Coach with Trail Ridge Consulting focusing on leadership and organizational agility.
He provides guidance to senior executives on how to transform themselves and their companies to work more effectively with more agility. His leadership has enhanced agility across many organizations including Salesforce.com, GE Healthcare, Google, McKinsey & Company, and more.
Pete is a Certified Leadership Agility 360 Coach providing one-on-one assessment, development and guidance for increasing the agility of organizational leaders.
Pete is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) working deeply with organizations to improve their organizational agility. He was the founder of the Scrum Alliance CEC Program.
His focus today mostly centers on Developing Agile Leaders through public events and private engagements. He led the development of the Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) Program for the Scrum Alliance.
Pete is on the board of directors for the Scrum Alliance, providing strategic consulting and guidance to improving the world of work.
